联宇压花机按键功能说明书

总开关启动整机待机工作

1.开关电源：打开开关电源指示灯亮启

2.上加热开关：打开上加热开关，上加热指示灯亮启，上加热控制器工作。

3.下加热开关：打开下加热开关，下加热指示灯亮启，下加热控制器工作。

4.手动自动开关：打开手动开关，按下双启动开关，气缸下降工作，下压的时间无限长。     打开自动开关：按下双启动开关，气缸下降工作，下降的时长为设定时长一个周期工作完成，计数器工作，计数一次。

5.温度控制器：温度控制器工作时，按下SET数字闪烁，为设定数值，⇑为数字加大，⇓为数字减小，<AT左运动， 设定完成再按SET完成。

6.计数器：计数器上黑色按键，为计数器复位键。

7.时间控制器：时间控制器下盖打开，可见个位十位百位和秒的计时单位 ，相对应的单位数“-”按键，按下数字变小，“+”按键按下数字变大，时间单位“S”调整需要的时间，设置完成。

压花机主要参数：

The main switch starts the standby operation of the whole machine

1. Switching Power Supply: Turn on the Switching Power Supply Indicator and turn on

2. Upper Heating Switch: Open Upper Heating Switch, Upper Heating Indicator, Upper Heating Controller.

3. Lower heating switch: turn on the lower heating switch, turn on the lower heating indicator, and the lower heating controller works.

4. Manual automatic switch: Open the manual switch, press the double-start switch, the cylinder descends to work, the downward pressure time is infinite. Turn on the automatic switch: press the double start switch, the cylinder descends to work, the descending time is set for a period of time to complete the work, counter work, count once.

5. Temperature Controller: When the temperature controller works, press SET digital flicker to set the value, increase the number, decrease the number, and < AT left motion, then complete the setting by SET.

6. Counter: Black key on counter, reset key for counter.

7. Time Controller: When the lower cover of time controller is opened, you can see a 10-bit 100-bit and seconds timing unit, corresponding to the number of units "-" button, press the number smaller, "+" button to press the number larger, time unit "S" adjustment needs time, set up to complete.
